IL BASILOCCO - Podere Serratina - 2+1 sleeps
The house (52 sqm.) is on three floors and gets its name from the legendary figure of the bandit Antonio Magrini, known as Basilocco, who was killed here by the carabinieri in 1904. But don’t worry, his ghost does not haunt the place!
The back door of the house leads to the living room with a fireplace, table, chairs and a kitchenette with a fridge and a washing machine. A couple of steps lead up to a living room with a queen sized sofa bed, the room is flooded by sun though the large glass doors that open out onto the panorama.
Going down the staircase you come a bathroom with a shower, the double bedroom and to another entrance with glass doors leading to the garden.
The garden of the house, a terraced lawn, opens out onto of the surrounding landscape dominated by the castle of Montemassi. And at the back there is a vine covered pergola under which there are table and benches.
