The apartment (70 sqm.), which is all on one floor in the old cellars of the farm, is named after the big garden which can be seen by looking out through a glass door.

It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sigle sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a large kitchen-dining room with a stone fireplace and a cooking area with hob, oven and dishwasher. It is furnished with the family antiques, including the bar counter from the farm's after work club, with the old charcoal coffee machine.

The restoration has revealed large brick arches, stone walls, terracotta vaulted ceilings and the wooden beams. 

The thickness of the walls, which in some places is of about one meter thick, keeps the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter.

The apartment connects with the beautiful exterior though a large glass door, there is a stone paved area with a table and benches for dining out or reading under the shade of a large tree. Surrounded by the lawn with its flower beds of roses and geranium from which, beyond a row of cypress trees, the view stretches down to the sea. In a corner of the lawn, there is a table and a stone bench where you can relax.
